FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS
Today's economy is not conducive to quick real estate investment risks, and not every project will work in any given area.  We will carefully examine the proposed project details relative to your objectives and combine this with a thorough analysis of the target market, demographic statistics & market segments, land use issues, construction considerations and financial circumstances to provide the information you need for a go/no-go decision.


COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS / BROKER OPINION OF VALUE (BOV)
This service is provided for free each time we list a property for sale or lease, and periodically during the marketing period.  For those instances when a price opinion is needed outside of a sale circumstance, or in order to evaluate a potential purchase decision, we do offer an in-depth CMA on a fee basis.  In addition, we offer quick turnaround price opinions to lenders and other agencies charged with property workouts and REO valuation.
